Relief Society Birthday Dinner

(This was in 2018- March 13th 2018, but put the wrong date so it didn't get published in the right year- but I wanted to add it to this book). 

Another fun Relief Society birthday dinner I was in charge of. I thought it came out really cute and I was super happy with it. We had 12 tables, and you sat at the table of your birthday month to get to know the ladies that you share a birthday month with. Then we had 12 speakers- each one talked for 3-5 minutes about the great qualities that make up Relief Society and what that means to them. We also had a sign up for 12 cakes, for each month of the year! It was so cute what the sisters came up with showing their month!

Derby Race

This year, the girls were invited to participate in the Pinewood Derby along with the girls.  I never thought I'd get the chance to carve and make a car again in my life! It was pretty fun.  While our cars didn't perform all that well, the girls still had a blast!

 

Sledding Fun!

One of the reasons we bought the lot we did was for the berm on the back side of it. The kids will sled for hours with the neighbors or by themselves.  It may seem like a little hill, it's great because it takes only about 10 seconds to get back to the top to go again!

 

Another year of Fashion 15!

We love free clothes and will do almost anything for them! So waiting in line from 3-10 am is so worth it, especially with these two ladies! 

 

Thousand Springs!

Thousand Springs is a natural hot springs about 40 minutes away from Twin Falls.  We love going there to their indoor pool that is like 90 degrees all year. We spend most of the time trying to steal the beach balls from each other or using each other as surf boards.

 

Student of the Month

 And I am sure if Madisen was still in elementary she would have been a student of the month during the year as well, but they don't do those in middle school. We are proud of all our girls for working hard in school and being kind to others.

New Bedrooms!

Avery and Emily were done sharing a bedroom, so we moved Emily into her own room! They each love having their own room now and we let them each pick out a color to paint their wall. Then we had avery and Emily paint their bed frames. They aren't the best looking but it works! haha. I made collage walls for each of their rooms, and they turned out pretty cute if I do say so myself! I didn't take an after picture though. Doh!

 

Sean and Ella

Sean and Ella got married on Jan 24th. Ryan was asked to be a witness at their wedding at the court house. They had been together for about 6-8 months when they decided to make it official. We hoped they would be happy together..but now, just two years later they have been separated for a year. I don't know what will happen with them in the future but right now it doesn't look good. I took these family pictures of them down below a few weeks before they got married so they would have some family pictures in their house. We wish them the Best of Luck for the future. We don't have any hard feelings towards Ella or Maddie just with them the best.
