Family Pictures 2013

I love my family!!!

A Family Vacation!

Our girls worked hard this summer on their reading, math and writing goals so for a reward we took them to Roaring Springs Water Park in Boise. It was a beautiful day and really wasn't crowded at all. The lines were short for the slides and the weather was perfect.

The girls liked the miniature slides the best. The big dark tunnel slides scared them too much. We floated down the lazy river a few times and that was quite an adventure to say the least...Emily crying, Avery panicky and Madisen getting sucked under a current by a waterfall and almost drowning. Fun times to be had by all. :)

Madisen and Dad coming down this slide together.

The sun was super bright and Emily's eyes are so sensitive to it...poor thing!

We went down a few of those big slides, but for the most part stuck around the baby pool. :)

Afterwards, we headed over to our friend's that live out in Caldwell to stay the night. We always enjoy seeing them and getting together. Our kids play so good together so that is always an added plus!

The guys playing frizbee before we went out for lunch and then headed to the movies to see Monsters University. Which was awesome by the way! A must see!

I love Hailey's face in this one! haha!

Joanna is about 23-24 weeks along here with baby number 4 who is another girl!

Thanks for a great weekend, Morin Family!!

Happy Birthday Avery!

On August 21, 2007 I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.

Today that baby girl is 6 years old!  Where in the world did those years go! I can still remember every single birthday she has had, and they seem like they come faster every year! Now, not only is she still beautiful, but she is full of spunk, character, goofiness, kissable checks, and loads of fun! She can make anyone laugh and is such a good friend.

Good Morning Birthday Girl!
Donuts for breakfast! Avery is a funny eater...just look at that donut! haha. Chocolate all over the face is what she does best.

We let Avery open her presents right after breakfast....Princess coloring Purse

She got Fairy wings and a skirt...

 and 6 fairies!

A gift from Grandma and Grandpa Newman; a barbie with a horse. She got a cute Cinderella jewerly box from uncle Nate and Aunt Erin. She also got a few birthday cards with money from Grandpa and Grandma Hodges. (Thanks everyone for the gifts, cards and phone calls for Avery-it sure made her feel special and loved!)

She was so excited when they delivered the gift to our door. Then 30 minutes later she received another gift! She was beaming!

She wanted a fairy cake this year...well, I didn't have the time or energy so this is the best I could do.
(I know. Not very creative! Maybe next year. It was super moist though!)

Happy Birthday sweet Avery! We love you!
