Snowshoeing up at Magic Mountain

It was the first time the girls and I have snowshoed before. It was so beautiful outside. 

 

SNOW!!!!

We had a great snow storm this past week and the girls jumped at the chance to go throw some snow balls at each other and slide down the hill in our back yard. The neighbor boys, Jax, Jagger and Hendricks sometimes come out to play when the girls are out. 

 

Sledding Fun!

One of the reasons we bought the lot we did was for the berm on the back side of it. The kids will sled for hours with the neighbors or by themselves.  It may seem like a little hill, it's great because it takes only about 10 seconds to get back to the top to go again!

it was feeling pretty down so Avery tried to help it up but it just wasn't having it.

Snow!!!

Oh how Avery and Emily love snow! Madisen is not as much as a fan of it as they are so she stayed inside and decided to use her new Christmas drawing paper and draw. Avery and Emily could have stayed out and played all day if they never got cold. 

Later though, Madisen decided to see what all the fun was about and they found a big place in the yard that was frozen over in ice and they all tried ice skating on it. It was fun to see them try running on it....hoping the whole time they don't fall and break something!!
