Girl's Camp!!!

I used to be the Beehive Advisor in Young Women's but got released from that calling and got called to be in the Primary Presidency. I was heart-broken to leave my dear little beehives whom I had grown to love so much. I seriously was in mourning for 3 days crying off and on. But as always with callings you move on and accept the ones you have been called to. And that's what I did. Yet, part of me really wanted to go to girl's camp with all the girls. So when I heard that the assistant camp director couldn't go anymore, and that 2 other ladies couldn't do it either, Ryan (being over YW) came to me and proposed that I go.

YIPPEE!! "Of course," I said!

Here's me packing for camp!

Skit night...Boy did I make a fool out of myself as a "terrible 2 year old"

Lauren is tough. Watch out.

Kelsi was a natural

Hailey cracks me up. Such a fun, witty girl.

Me and my bum...

Yeah! I reached the top. Too bad you can't tell how high up it was! It was probably 30 feet or so. First time rock climbing.

Another great view of my bum...

Ellie reached the top on every one she tried!

Mom and daughter. Sharla is our YW President. She is amazing! Loved serving with her.

Some of the views from far away...

The next day we went out a few of us that wanted to do more rock climbing and I made it to the top of another one! Phew!

MiaMaid Advisor, Jenn, was awesome at it!

Oh the many faces of silly girls...

Loved every minute of girl's camp. Well, maybe except those minutes of pure terror while rock climbing, bugs in my bed, nasty bathrooms that stunk, the bee that flew out of my toilet paper that I was just about to use that made me scream! Oh and add those minutes of being completely soaked in sweat from 100 degree heat, dirt, mud, layers and layers of sunscreen, and smelly cow manure that we had to hike through...

Other than THAT, I loved every minute.
