Coronavirus stay-at-home activities!

Can you Spare a Square?

We wanted to make gifts for all our neighbors. Since everyone was quarantined and running low on toilet paper this is what we came up with...

Church at Home

Well, this is a first. Having sacrament at home. It was a beautiful experience though. The girls prepared  many talks through the next few months. Coronavirus came in so swiftly and changed everything. Church,   School, stores, places closed down and places you could only enter with a mask. It was Chaos unorganized. However, church/the gospel was not. It was beautifully organized through the Come Follow Me lessons, an inspiration from the first Presidency and Quorum of the 12. What an amazing program and so timely.

First Corona Virus Home Project

Ryan had this great idea of added wainscoting around our whole upstairs as we had left over wood. I thought he had gone mad, because he hates projects! But this one he jumped on and spear headed. He measured, cut and nailed everything up and then the kids and I came behind him and painted three coats of paint and then I did all the caulking. It turned out great and just added a lot to our walls.

School Hoedown!

Every year the P.E. teacher teaches grades 3, 4, and 5 how to country dance. He teaches each grade level two dances that are different from the other grades. So all together we get to see 6 different dances that the kids put on. It is really fun watching the kids learn this dances and how much fun they all have! What a great P.E. teacher we have, even if he likes BYU football. ;)
