Last 2 days of school 2016!

The girls have grown so much this year...it really makes me sad! I mean, I love that they are learning new things and able to do more things, but I sometimes miss their cute messy faces with their saggy diapers running all over the house wreaking havoc along the way.  But these days are good, too, I have to remind myself. I am in the "sweet spot" is what've heard.... where they are all in school learning and growing in their own little worlds. It's been fun for me to be with them throughout the school year and volunteer in their classrooms. 

Memorial Weekend

Dad, Wendy and Jerry came out for a few days and spent time with us. It was so much fun! We love having them out. We went to the fish hatchery down in Haggerman and saw some huge fish, not sure what they are called and we saw quite a few alligators. We topped it off with some famous small town local ice-cream. So good! We also went out for breakfast to Denny's the next morning. And in between all that their was games, laughter and food. :)

Avery's End of the year 2nd grade Field Trip...

Avery loves to skate and she is constantly asking us if she can go skating. So when we found out her second grade class was going to go to Skateland on their last day of school, she was stoked! And it just so happened that Uncle Sean had the day off of work so he joined us too. We had a great time and she loved having Uncle Sean come. Thanks for a great day Avery! It was so much fun spending time with you.

TaVaci Spring Concert

TaVaci has been such a great thing for my girl's. They get to learn how to sing and dance a bit. However, Emily and Avery have decided they did't want to do it for a 3rd year. But Madisen wants to continue until she is in 6th grade, where the kids graduate from TaVaci. It's been such a great experience for her and has helped her come out of her shell more. She has done a few solo parts here and there in songs and it's neat to hear how she is developing a singing voice like her dad. Love these cuties!
